TK, Get Well Soon! Man, I hope you are feeling better for your trip. BTW, I have flown with a sinus infection - NOT GOOD  :sad2:

Well then, I find this news to be even more upsetting. :sad2: Its starting to look like kimmar is running out of snark. :sad2::sad2:

Sounds like you need a large coffee. :goodvibes

They usually don't have a clue. As a SAHM I always heard how lucky I was....my life was soooo easy. :confused3

Oh I used to hear that one all the time. It was not luck, it was a great deal of financial sacrifice for me to stay home. Oh and guess who got to do many errands for others. Me b/c I did nothing all day anyway. :confused3

:goodvibes Get some rest, hon!

I will. I'm totally planning on hitting the hay early. I did almost all my packing yesterday, so it's just last minute items now. Thank goodness, I don't know where I'd muster up the energy now. I shudder to think of tomorrow, it's my longest day at 9 hours! :scared1:

Pack something a little warm and something for rain. It's supposed to rain on Saturday as a cold front comes through. Then Sunday is a high of 62 and a low of 54 in Orlando. We may actually go up on Sunday. The weather looks like it'll be nice and cool.

Thanks, hon. I'm planning to bring tees, hoodies, and midweight coat, scarf, and gloves. Being pregnant, I never know if I'll be hot or cold so I figured layers would be a good thing. And we'll definitely have ponchos. :lmao:

My favorite "uniform" in December was a long-sleved t-shirt under a t-shirt and a jacket. That way, I could easily peel layers. Think Sheldon, from Big Bang Theory. Of course, he always has that 2nd shirt on the bottom scrunched up. . .

Hey, creativeamanda, are you supposed to get this nasty storm that's stretching across the country?? They said a while ago that the storm warnings/advisories go for 2,000 miles!!...from New Mexico to the Carolinas. That's nuts. I hope you don't get ice!

We might--it'll probably be Saturday.

I joked today that at church on Sunday, we'll rope off the front doors and get everyone to use the elevator. Which inevitably will get stuck.

It's really not all that funny. . .

I hope it'll be okay long enough for me to get my car inspected and the license plate renewed tomorrow. I'd hate to be stuck out in that. And I'm loathe to do it all online. I need a new month sticker on my car, because the 1 is all faded out.

I actually just got a couple of new pieces from Old Navy tonight (thank you, UPS man) that I'm excited about. Two camisoles, excellent for layering under shirts, and two thinner long sleeved shirts. Perfect for the type of weather we're looking at! :thumbsup2

Howdy babnanas!

How is everyone?

.

Howdy!

Is that there a new ticker I see???

We got a nasty storm just now, and had a bit of one early. Tonight's hit fast and sudden, DH told me when he was driving home people were pulling over because they couldn't see, that's how quickly it hit. Thank God he got home okay.

That's Florida Winter layering. I do it for work all the time right now. That way I can take one off if it gets hot or just take off my work shirt and have normal clothes on after work.

I love Old Navy! And while I know the mannequin commercials annoy some people, but I personally think they're hilarious! I want to bring my camera with sometime to the mall and get my picture with them at our local Old Navy store! :rotfl:

It's snowing pretty hard here right now and my dear friend in Memphis said they have a storm coming too. The bad weather sure is spread out.

Well thank goodness it wasn't the USPS man delivering a freaky clown!.....
:lmao:

....

Indeed!:goodvibes

I can't wait to start the PTR. But it'll have to wait. There's NO way I could write for the next 7 months!!

.

I noticed the ticker on my food report. I'm trying to get the food report done so I can start my PTR--I don't want more than 2 reports going on at the same time.

That food report of yours is making we want to do the regular dining plan! But I won't, partly because I don't want to be tied to a park or area for a meal, and partly because I'm cheap and don't want to spend my spending money on tips!:rotfl2:
