Why? :confused3 Were your meds changed?

Hey everyone! We're back from the trip. I'll be working on the TR as soon as possible. I couldn't figure out why I was so tired and sick the whole time. Turns out I have mono! :faint: Darn it!

Two words: Yea, riiiight!!

On Friday my kid and I spent the whole day at the PA Farm Show. For those of you not living in Pennsylvania, it's the largest farm show in the U.S. If it lives on a farm, comes from a farm, it's there. Food, animals, machinery. We spent the day with the alpaca farm that we volunteer at. I met a young man (little boy) that is in my daughters’ grade. He has some cows that he was showing. WEEELLLL here I am today waiting to put my one student on the bus and the kids texts me wanting to know if she can give out our house number SO HE CAN SLEEP OVER ON FRIDAY SO HE CAN COME TO THE FARM ON SATURDAY WITH US. :scared1: I can't believe she even asked. Of course the answer was, “no, if he wants to go to the alpaca farm his parents can take him.”

Is this going to become the grand game of who can bait Kimmar? :lmao:

So, I heard a little bit from real estate agent. She called and wanted to know if what we put on the contract was our best offer.

To which I said, "Yes." I'm not in the mood for games. I offered what I knew would could afford, and that's it.

So now I'm waiting. And I have a bad taste in my mouth. If there really is another offer why are they asking me if mine is my best? Why not just take the other one?

Ugh.

TK, it's totally a game. Weird thing is, some people actually enjoy it. That seller is probably sitting there relishing the fact that two potential buyers may be fighting for this property. We weren't in this position when we bought, but I would be exactly like you. This IS my best offer. Take it or don't. There are PLENTY of other homes out there!!

Don't stress it. You just wait to hear back with a yes or a no! (I know, easier said than done...).

.

Ramdom post to bump up my count from 5,299 to 5,300. I like round numbers.

I hate "the game." I don't like buying cars for the very same reason. Fortunately the last time, even though I had a rough start I ended up with a salesman who is one of my customers at the bank, so knowing him made the process a lot better.

I just want a yes or no, exactly.

I need to go back and read what's going on with everyone else to take my mind off of it.

...exactly what my DH is sayin' too - we are trying to SELL a house that he bought as an investment....

Oh, gosh. I had mono in high school, it's no picnic. Lots of fluids, and a TON of rest, hon. Take care.

Oh, I hear you.

You must have missed my snarky remark about you becoming our target, miss. ;)

Well, good luck with your search!

Just wondering if you got ahold of her and how things are going.

Thanks.

Yes, she made it home. The roads were terrible and someone went off the road not far from my house. She didn't stop b/c they already had a cop with them. We took her back to college that evening.

It's been snowing for a few days. Today was a snow day.

....do I detect a bit of SARCASM?? :sad2: How utterly childish.... I, however, will do the mature thing and TURN THE OTHER CHEEK.....

...once again "...turn the other cheek...".....;)

You're going to run out of cheeks soon. You only have four, 2 on your bottom and 2 on your face.

Driving DD home from play practice I told her that I couldn't believe that she wanted a boy to stay the night. I found out on Friday, whilst at the PA Farm Show, that this boy liked her and asked her to go steady, but, she kept saying "no". Well, I asked her if they were boyfriend/girlfriend and she said they were and that she didn't want anyone to know. :sad2:
