If I remember correctly, his last TR was closed (for reasons that were never disclosed....just one day, it was locked). Then, it was reinstated but moved to the Community Board. After that, he just pretty much left the boards all together. He blogged for a while, where he basically finished that last TR, but after finishing that, he just said good-bye and has moved on to do other things. I have my own theories on why his TR was first locked and then moved off the TR board to the CB, but there was great controversy over it so I just keep quiet. That happened not long after a bunch of people were "removed" from the DIS (read: banned), so I figure better safe than sorry.

That's too bad. He was one of the reasons I got into trip reports!

Yes. I hate tomatoes, but ordering just a BL sounds odd. It's a big dilemma. Plus, I like Miracle Whip on my sandwiches which tends to upset some mayo lovers.

Growing up, my mom always liked BLTs, but the only thing that appealed to me was the bacon. A bacon-and-bread sandwich just didn't seem right!


And how is Miracle Whip that "different" from mayo?? My DH won't touch it with a ten foot pole. I never understood that.

amanda!!!!......oh my stinkin' heck have you SEEN the new Postal Service Priority Mail ad on tv???!!!...... The mailman walks up on to a porch, where a family is outside looking in their front door. The camera shows the inside and there's an empty box that's just been opened over in the middle of the room and there's a CLOWN standing on the floor next to it.....Camera cuts back to the mailman telling the family how easy it is to return this "gift" and when they all look back inside, suddenly the clown is RIGHT there on the other side of the door!!!!
