Good morning.

Head, nose, roof of my mouth and top teeth throbbing. I already did the neti pot so think I will move on to decongestant and ibuprofen before I want to cut my head off. I need to get off of here b/c looking at these letters makes it worse. Hope all is well with everyone. Be back when I can.

My neighbor is an investigator for Robeson County Sherrif's dept in North Carolina. He just posted this on Facebook and I had to share:

Hey! only in Robeson County can you stop someone for illegal passing, give them a warning and then they say "Thanks Officer I thought you were going to take my Sack of Grass I put under the seat"... Swear it happened to me short time ago! I'd have given anything to have had that on tape. & Yes he did have a Sack of Grass under his seat! Only in Robeson Co.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Can U say Dumb

Thanks guys. My head is doing better, but I'm still pretty stuffy. Something has really been bothering my sinuses this week. It doesn't help that I did not have my Nasacort for far too long b/c it's $50 a month for the prescription. I have been keeping up with my Singulair. That one is 'only' $35 a month. Since I got the Nasacort, I have only been using it once a day instead of twice. I was trying to make it last longer, but I've come to conclusion that most of the time, I need it twice a day.

On a good note..........
My computer is back.

Just got back from taking DS8 and DS10 to the pool....it is so incredibly quiet over there!! Been a rockin', happenin' place all week! Seems weird to have no one around. But, it'll start all over again come Monday!

I'm looking into joining a gym on Monday. Well, I'll be going on Monday for a free trial (3 days total). Tired of not being fit. The running works for cardio and leg toning, but I'm wanting to drop weight and get toned all over. I will NOT succumb to the "Frumpy Forties!".....

Thanks for the link. I was not finding the thread easily when scanning quickly. I'm used to scanning looking for 'Tagless' as the 1st word. Maybe my brain is not awake.
