No larbard side? Hmph.

Here's what I came up with--I could do better with more time, but I am still trying to do laundry at the same time.

Not great, but it's a start.

Oh, and daisyyy and Smileybug. . .is there a drink other than Pepsi and coffee?

And Legomom--so glad I can be a less than honorable influence on you today.

Mean Queen...I love the pictures in your new signature. :thumbsup2 Ob/Gyn that is still in practice in Augusta Ga. He is 100 years old. :scared1::scared1::scared1: And still seeing patients. :scared1::scared1::scared1: :rotfl2:

I had an iced venti 3 pump no whip mocha today. I was feeling plain. :rotfl:

I'm messing with my signature. Let me know if anyone is having trouble seeing the pictures on the bottom. Amanda spurred me on to change it.

Nice! And I love the Hidden Mickey, very cool. :thumbsup2

Well geeeeeez!....I think you two can do it single-handedly!!!

;)

Is it ever?.....:confused3 "Babnana" at your own risk.

Best. Quote. Ever.

Here we come to save the day! Sadly, my computer is right next to the laundry room. Since I'm doing laundry, I'm spending a lot of time on the computer.

I wondered why we were getting the abundant pleasure of your company.

I like it! :thumbsup2

Guess what we had for supper? :rotfl2:

And daisyyy....I had a pepsi with it. :rotfl:

Well.

God bless?

Why of course ...... Sweet tea darlin' :goodvibes

Smiley, this may be the wrong question, but do you make your own? I'd love a recipe from someone I know as opposed to scrounging the internet for "real" Southern sweet tea. :goodvibes

And don't forget all the love and bless your hearts that goes into each pitcher. :goodvibes That tea has to be looooved. :rotfl:

:lmao:

I'm getting the feeling I'm not going to be able to get anyone to part with their recipe. :lmao:

Ohgoodlord......between you and Mean Queen I feel like a total Starbucks dork....! I went last week and all I had the nerve to order was an Iced Cafe Mocha with whipped cream (because it was printed right on the menu and no way I could mess it up!:rotfl2:).

And we started on page 224 this morning.:thumbsup2:rotfl:

No way!!! Wow, that must be some sort of record.

I looooove me some sweet tea.....Real, brewed, SOUTHERN Sweet Tea.:lovestruc Got hooked on it since coming to Texas.

I wouldn't even know where to get that up here. The only place I know that makes sweet tea is McDonald's. :lmao:

lol--Many will say that the brand doesn't matter. I say it does. You buy Lipton's tea bags.

Boil 2 bags in a small saucepan. Bring it to a boil, then reduce. Leave it simmering for 15-20 minutes.

In a pitcher, add 1 cup (yes--1 cup) of sugar, at the bottom. Pour the hot tea into the pitcher. Stir the tea and sugar then--the hot tea will dissolve the sugar.

Then, fill the rest of the pitcher with cold water. Chill for 2-3 hours before you serve it--it'll be too hot and melt your ice cubes before then. Smileybug might do it different, but that's how I do it.

:goodvibes Pst. . .it's okay--I married a Yankee, which is something I'm told a resptable Southern gal wouldn't do, either.
:rotfl:

:lmao:

Yeah, but you probably wouldn't be as fun, either.;)

And by the way, what is "resptable"?? Is it getting dark there already?:confused3
