When I got back from camp a short time ago, DH was sitting at the computer, but he was sort of leaned over and staring into space. I asked him what was up, and he said dreamily "I just listened to the whole ride of Spaceship Earth.....!" (I've had Live365 streaming all morning). Gotta love a man who loves the soundtracks as much as I do....

Yes. Yes I do. As a matter of fact, given my current state, I would like nothing better than to be at Casey's right now with you and Tink. And some fries. And nekkid hotdogs.....Dude I'm on a roll in my head!!!:rotfl2:

.

Oh, I'm down with that, my dear. As long as we can sit inside in the air conditioning. I'd melt in that heat. :lmao:

Awww, that's so nice. :goodvibes

Now that's a challenge. Can we make it 21 more pages in one day? :lmao:

Is it safe in here?

creativeamanda....you changed your signature. I like it. :goodvibes

I've been playing around with it today. I think I am finished with it now. It was just too busy for my liking, but this keeps the important stuff there. I've been busy also putting all of my pretrip report and trip report links on my blog.

Since when do babies care about that? You'd think he'd be all cramped right now, but he's probably just not ready to get out of the pool yet.

Well, if movement is any indication, he's definitely cramped in there.

It's funny though, with my first, at this point, he used to stick his foot right up into my ribs. That was so uncomfortable, I thought it couldn't possible get worse.

I wouldn't call this worse, but just different. This baby is so low, that he likes to wave his little arms and hands around and hits so low in my pelvis it's giving me painful muscle spasms.

If it's not one thing, it's another, eh?

I think the funniest thing is when I go to reach for something, and he's sleeping, and I can distinctly feel that his foot / leg is in the way. That's hilarious. I usually try rubbing that area of my stomach, but he seems to like to sleep (thank God) so that doesn't always work. :lmao:

You might want to ask if he's resting up now to let you know he's there in a couple of weeks. :rolleyes1

Hey! Let's think positive, shall we? :lmao:

Actually, I'm so not worried about that. I think part of that calm is coming from knowing how much time I have off from work, and part of it comes from a new mentality in general regarding life since my mom passed. I'm very what will be will be. Granted, I get up in arms about some things, but I always try to eventually step back and get some perspective.

Fresh, hot perspective as Anton Ego would say.

At least if he is active, you'll have plenty to keep you busy. . .

It's a good thing the five year old is starting kindergarten, eh? :lmao:

Actually, I don't remember if I told you all, but we got DS very first letter from a teacher! It was so exciting to get some information about his kindergarten class. :goodvibes

That is great! I usually have my letter out to parents by now, but I haven't even gotten my job assignment letter from the district.

The letter is actually very basic, just tells us when he can come in to "visit" the classroom and what the first day of school is.

I was surprised though, that there's no supply list or bus schedule, I guess that comes later?

I can't believe ya'll are talking about school starting already. Where oh where has the summer gone?

TK...I just love hearing you talk about the baby and all of his little quirks. :goodvibes

I can't believe I'm talking about school already. Thank goodness I have all of August with my little nut before he becomes (as they call it at preschool) "a school ager." :sad1:

Oh, good. I'm glad you like it, I'm always worried I'll over-inform. :lmao:

A school ager.....that is so cute.

You'll can't over inform us. Just stay away from the mayo. :rotfl2:
