Just a warning, when you come to FL you won't have a basement to hide your stuff in. I recommend using the garage to store junk, though it means your car gets stuck out in the hot sun all the time.

I know from my dad's experience how brutal the FL sun can be on a vehicle, but I must say that it will be nice to not have to clean snow and ice off the thing!!!! (see previous post for why, despite having a two-car garage, I still perform this task in winter.... )

Your # of posts don't determine when you get a tag...I've seen DISers with 15,000 posts +, and they don't have tags. We just hope

Don't y'all have attics?? We don't have basements here either, all of our junk is in the attic.

But I must say that my husband is a freak when it comes to parking in the garage, he feels that if you are going to have a garage, you should park in it.

We really don't have attics here either. It's more just a place for all the a/c ducts to go and the insulation to keep the beloved a/c from escaping.

Well, that eliminates one category from the "The Tag Fairy doesn't like ___" theory. Apparently you CAN be too sexy and still get a tag (hey determinedone, there's hope for you yet!! ).
