She's so tired, we aren't even allowed to talk to her.

I have to do a brag today on my DD. (She'll be 8 on Saturday, I just updated my sig early.) She had to have a couple vials of her blood taken. She's not a big fan of getting shots and has never had blood drawn. But after a quick melt down, she got brave and did it. She even helped by putting a vial in for the tech. I hope these tests help determine why she's having behavior problems (possible ADD/OCD, who knows.)

What a brave girl you have! Sounds like she handled things better than I do. Nobody comes near me with a needle unless they have a lolipop in their hand.

How shall we go about the revolt? Can I be the one that gets to yell through the bull horn? What shall we use as protection from all of those firey little darts the tag fairy is liable to throw? I guess our fearless leader of this thread shall lead us into battle. (Determinedone of course) Especially since she is the boss of 10 men!! Well, I guess we better rally the troops.
How shall we go about that exactly? Rallying the troops I mean.

She told me she felt like she really grew up today. But it wasn't because of the blood. It was because I let her get out of the car to move a cart from the space I wanted. She has recovered from the needle, she just hates how sticky her arm is from the tape. I told her that is always the worst part for me, pulling off the tape and cotton ball (our place doesn't use bandages!)

I'm up late waiting for my DH to call from his business trip in Seattle, so I'm posting away. I wanted to share our new purchase... a very cool Mickey chair!

Here's my baby:

And here's my big girl:

The minute one gets up, the other takes it over. We got it at RTG Kids. It took all my will power to not buy up all their cute Disney stuff. Especially the Cinderella Carriage bed. And yes, I know I breed 'em beautiful.

Did you not see my late night posts? I was up until 1 talking to my DH and the girls got me up at 7. I guess I should just be happy my oldest is getting back on schedule for school. She's been getting up at 9 a lot this Summer. I didn't mind too much. This is me sleeping, since there is no sleepy smiley.
