Hi all. I'm out of my Harry Potter funk and still tagless I see. Ho hum. Guess I'll head back to my Happy Hogwarts Hammock.

I'm still not out of my Harry Potter funk. I keep soaking up every bit of news to keep the story alive. Did you read about the possible encylopedia JK talked about? I'll buy that in a heart beat! And anything else she puts out on our favorite wizarding school. Oooh! Wouldn't it be great if she followed one of the other schools, Fleur's or Viktor's?

Oh I'm all for the encyclopedia! It'll make a nice companion to the 2 schoolbooks she did for charity a few years ago. Even better, when I went home for lunch my Deathly Hallows UK edition had arrived so now I can read it all over again for the first time!

Curiously, the UK version manages to tell the same story in 150 fewer pages than the US. I think I might need these

I'd love to know how they did that! Did they remove the illustrations? Or did they have to add in words to explain some of the UK English to the U.S. English speakers?

I'd like to be a US English to UK English translator.

Definitely no pictures in this one. I haven't started reading it yet though so I'm not sure what else might be different. I have the U.K. versions of 5 & 6 as well and they're not very different language-wise. No translation necessary!

I guess we're all having a busy Saturday since no one has gotten on here to say Helloooooo! yet. So "HELLOOOOOOO!" to all my fellow witless wonders. Hope you aren't all spending the day cleaning your house like I am. Though I am having a Wii party tonight, so it'll be worth it.

I'm going to Wii Wii Wii all the way home. I was so tempted to buy another game, but the $50 price tag turned me away. I'll just enjoy the games I have for now and buy a used one for a small amount cheaper.

I guess a day cleaning the house followed by a party (that went very nicely) is much better than a day at work, even one followed by a nap. I miss naps so much.

Mornin', everybody. How ya doing Little Blue? The weather today is great. It rained the las few days and I wasn't able to open my sunroof. But today is beautiful and sunny. Smiley, congrats on your 2500th post.

My internet went out last night. I was going through Disboard withdrawals! We went shopping yesterday for a bed. We're hoping to get the baby out of ours and she hates her crib. Rooms To Go has some great Disney beds. I so wanted the Cinderella carriage bed but my smallest is too small and my oldest is too old for it. I did buy the cutest Mickey arm chair. Both girls are fighting over it. A 1 year old can fight a 7 year old pretty well when it's for Mickey. I'll have to post a pic later.

I also learned this weekend my 16 month old talks in her sleep. She doesn't say many words, but she was dead asleep and said her favorite word "ball" clear as day. I can only imagine when she learns more words.

Ok, I have decided that we here on this thread are definitely the "odd man/woman out" (which I suppose goes without saying, but I said it anyway...).

I was on here earlier this morning, just browsing the CB, and suddenly I realized that what seems like 90% of the posters had TAGS. All those little quips in all those pretty colors!

I was on here earlier this morning, just browsing the CB, and suddenly I realized that what seems like 90% of the posters had TAGS. All those little quips in all those pretty colors!

We must be on the "Don't Give Tags" list. If we do get tags, what will we call ourselves? Or will we all disappear like Conc did? (Whose humorous posts I miss!)
