We can't do our indoor decorations this weekend, because of our new floors coming in. We're getting wood in the foyer and kitchen...and ripped up tile=lots of dust. I don't want that kind of snow on the tree.

Happy Saturday! (It's Saturday, therefore not too early for the dancing banana.)

What's everyone doing today? I'm going out to get the girlie stuff done (nails, eyebrows, etc.) Would love to see a movie ... BUT ... it's a scary one (The Mist) and I'll have to talk DH into that.

Glad everyone made it through the holiday. All of us have a lot to be thankful for - including each other.

Hi all! Back from WDW. We met my grandparents, aunt, uncle, 2 cousins and one of their wives. We were there to celebrate Thanksgiving and my grandfather's birthday. The only thing planned ahead was Thanksgiving dinner and I planned breakfast for the last day. I felt like I was a total tag-along. We were always the ones calling and asking what the plans were, only to find everyone else had already left and didn't bother to call us. On Thanksgiving, we sat in our room waiting for them to call because the night before I had asked what park we were doing and no one knew. I said call me when you know. At 10, I called and found they were all already at Epcot. This was just a recurring theme for the weekend. We'd ask what are we doing, they'd say we don't know, then they'd do something and we'd find out about it later. It was one of my least favorite Disney trips.

The weather did get better, last night it was chilly and we got to see the castle all lit up. It was so beautiful!

No pictures yet but they were awake just a bit ago and we got to watch them and hold them. The only other hamster we've ever had was a big male Teddy Bear type. He was huge!! These things are so teeny! The boys have named them Snoopy (cuz they like it) and Nubby (after the last one, who died).

I know most of you avoided the malls on Black Friday, but are any of you planning on hitting the net on Cyber Monday? I've already ordered some stuff online, but I plan to check out any deals for Monday too.

I've never heard of Cyber Monday but I like it! I need deals at Kohls and Best Buy.

Cyber Monday is the day when everyone goes back to work from the long Thanksgiving weekend and does all their on-line shopping. So I'm guessing Monday is not a productive work day for many companies. I plan to do my online shopping from my office, in my house. I'm already checking the budget board here for what sales are available. I'll let you know if I see any for Kohls or Best Buy.
