Its pretty cold where I live. I think our "High" today was like 53. Its supposed to be down in the 30s tonight. Excellent sleeping weather! :)

I'm excited because I can work on my scrapbooking this weekend. I got a bunch of my Salem/Boston prints back and have put together my new work space. :)

I love "Pushing Daisies"! It is my favorite new show of the season. I hope it lasts. And I know what you mean about the "cold." We're supposed to have a high of 82 this weekend with our cold front.

Where's Master Gracey?? Haven't heard from him lately.

Im here:rotfl: .
I discovered legally blonde-the musical this week

and it actually sounds pretty good on my iPod, I love the song about ireland:

Good Morning, everyone!

and more importantly,

HAPPY FRIDAY!!!!

 :dance3:  :dance3:

Thanks for all the birthday wishes!! I got the COOLEST gift from my stepdad -- an original copy of Life magazine from October 1971, celebrating the opening of Walt Disney World. The cover has 1500 WDW employees in front of the castle, and it's just so awesome. :goodvibes He had it all this time, and just re-found it after he and Mom moved recently. I love it!

Hope everyone has a great weekend!

Wow, what a gift! awesome!

I'm here, I'm here, I'm here!

So....I decided to take the old old job. Right after I get there, I have to go out of town, so now I have to listen to DH moan about it until I leave. :yay:
congrats, I think

I'm having the typical boring Friday night of someone with a young child and no family to babysit. My older DD is going to some event at our city rec center. But since we still have the little one, we can't do a real date night. I tend to talk to myself all the time, because I'm normally with the baby and it's great for their language skills to "chat" with them. Unfortunately, I keep it up when she's not there. So I look really silly walking through Target telling myself about what I see.
You do that too?

I didn't know there was a play about it. Interesting. :goodvibes

We just watched the newest Veggie Tales video, called "The Wizard of Ha's"....

TOO FUNNY!!!!! :rotfl2: I was laughing hysterically at all the Wizard of Oz spoofs - I'm sure my kids thought I'd lost it. My DS10 has seen it enough to have gotten some of the jokes. My DH will bust a gut.

When they find the tin man in the woods, the scarecrow says "Tin man..." and Darby (the little boy, instead of "Dorothy") says "Rusted!" Right out of the B-52's "Love Shack"!!:rotfl:

Of course if you're not familiar with any of this then I must sound pretty dorky right about now. :upsidedow

LM3- i just laughed out loud. i've thought about getting the wizard of Has .

thanks for your review , is it 2 :thumbsup2 :thumbsup2 ?

Have you seen Lord of the Beans? Spoof on Lord of the Rings, of course. In the Veggie version, they give some of the characters really long names like in LOTR (like Jonathan Son of Dennison, Son of Frederick, Son of Whoever...just examples but you get the gist of it!). My oldest newphew (15) can recite ALL the lines in that video including ALL of these ridiculously long names!! I can't even understand half of them, never mind memorize them!

Hey there Master Gracy - whatcha got planned for the day?

ah nothing much. I have to get some new inks for my poster, I should probably do that today.
My sister has a string of birthday parties this weekend, it makes me laugh:rotfl:

Morning all. Hope everyone has a good weekend. We're thinking of hitting a Fall Festival later.

I had a Pampered Chef party to do. I had lapsed as a consultant, but now have a few people who want to do parties before the holidays. Now I plan to relax until DH gets back with the kids. Ahhhhhhh.

Yeah, I've been pretty busy today. DS had a football game earlier today and we're having some family over tonight.
