You all have been chatty this morning. I had to go to work today. Work wasn't hard, it was getting DD2 to the babysitter then DD8 to school and getting to work at 8:30. The hard part is the earliest I can drop DD8 at school is 8:15 then I had to travel through many school zones to make it to work on time. I made it and didn't get any tickets or break any major laws in the process.

Yes, that was pretty much my morning. Except I had to work outside. Did you know it's getting in the 90's down here already? We set up the video shoot for the morning to avoid that, but we were still all hot and sticky by the time we were done. Good thing we were taping next to a Gelato shop.

I know ya'll are. My sister and brother-law can't park their boat in their boat basin. They are having to park out in the waterway and tie up to the sea wall. Have any of the new fires been anywhere near you?

Yeah, once summer sets in, it doesn't know when to leave. We have been outside playing in shorts at Thanksgiving and Christmas. You just never know.
