You know, for soem odd reason, I can hear both songs playing in my head at the same time. Both songs seem to require a march of sorts. It won't matter which march we do. With my considerably 2 left feet, I will be dancing to neither one.

We might just need those boots...

Monkey Mouse says that the Mickey Mouse March is "her song". She asks to hear it. She sings right over it:

"Hey, there, Hi there, Ho there, You're as welcome as can be
M O N K E Y M O U S E"

I have been planning to do a trip report when we go in September and I have a gorilla that we are going to use in the pics and now I am thinking I could name my TR "The Monkey Mouse Club". What ya think?

Just give credit where credit is due--Boo loves that she is able to open so many minds to the reality of Monkey Mouse :)

I will start it off with... Once upon a time there was a little 5 year old named Boo..... and that is where my story begins...

Of course, she was 4 when she started that. But just today she and I were in Fayetteville at the Disney store and she sees a cup with the mouse on it. What does she say? "Mommy, look, they have stuff with Monkey Mouse on it."

I like M O N K E Y M O U S E. In my family, thanks to my almost 2 year old nephew, we have been calling Mickey "HotDoo." This cutie loves the "Hot Dog" song from playhouse mickey, and "HotDoo" is now our family tag!

I'm not much of a urinal expert as I don't carry that equiptment with me, but I do love the other two pee smiles. :lmao: :lmao:

I never understood the whole urinal thing. I mean, at home they just use the toilet. Why do they need special apparatus when they are out someplace? Makes for an interesting smiley though!

I haven't made it to the Cape. But we do try to watch it live then head outside to see it in the sky. We did today. I remember in school we always got called out to see the shuttles go by, until the Challenger. My gifted class was the only ones watching it live for class, everyone else was outside waiting to see it go by. :( So I also get chills when one goes off successfully.

Oh, I would love to see one lift off in the sky, even from a distance.

I remember Challenger. That was gut-wrenching.

GOOD MORNING PEE-PLE!!

Well, you know I am in the south right? Today a man said, "pee-ple pee-ple.. can you get moving here?" I about died... that is how they say it here. It sounded like pee pole.

I'm in the south too!! And now that I think about it...I guess pee pole is the correct way!! :thumbsup2

:::::::::::::::passing the chocolate your way::::::::::: My aunts used to say that grandma fell off the roof. Not sure why. One day someone asked my how my mother died and my son yelled, "Grandma fell off the roof!" :lmao:

:lmao: :lmao: :lmao:

Ohhh no... I lost my P in the above post. I am pee-less!

Sometimes I wish that were me!!

I can just hear the man saying pee-pole in the background. Where does that o come from in people anyway? I mean, let's throw phonetic spelling out the door. Ever wonder why Hooked on Phonics doesn't work? It's because of the extra e's, o's, and u's we haphazardly throw in to the English language.

My favorite pronunciation is Uranus, though. No matter where you throw in that inflection, it still sounds like something an old school teacher would wash your mouth out with soap for.:hyper:

I remember being in school and laughing over that myself. :rotfl: It always seemed so naughty!!

Ok, I challenge the Tag Fairy to come up with a tag for Smileybug that has scrolling farts!!!!!

<------- Maybe she could have this guy scrolling across the space!

Well I'm on a roll now....

Moms - these are for you!!

:scared1: Pooh would never live that down.:rotfl2:

Okay, gotta tell you what my dd5 did this week.

Knowing my dh's propensity to not do well getting the kids ready for school, I called to check on them. No one answered, so I figured he was in the show and would call back in afew minutes. Meanwhile, at the same time at home, dd5 sees the caller id and runs to tell her daddy, "The school called." (Which was really me). 10 minutes later, he calls me and says, "I give up."

"What do you mean, dear?" I ask, but I know something bad is coming. 5 Minutes after I call home, dd5 comes into the bathroom and tells her daddy, "I'm going to call 911 AGAIN". What the hey?!?

Sure enough, dh checks the caller id to see that indeed, the county rescue squad has attempted to call the house back. Boo decided when her dad did not want to call "the school" (me) back, she would just try to call herself. But the only number she knew was. . . .

911.

She called, and when they answered, she hung up.

They called. No one answered.

A deputy and fire truck were on dispatch to our house and thanks to my realization that we needed to call our neighbor (an investigator for the sheriff's department), they were quickly called off.

Lesson learned: dh no longer takes the kids to school. I think he's learned that if he messes things up enough I won't ask him to do it any more.

After all, the last time he took the kids to school, when he got them there the same child had no shoes on. Guess who had to leave work to get her some shoes?

Oh my goodness!! :scared1: :lmao:

I actually came on this evening and looked by everyone's names to see if you got a new tag scrolly or not.... NOPE! how sad... the tag fairy would have loved to read our last nights chatter.

Her attention seems to be in other places.

Now that's a whole better song than the one I was thinking. But then, I always mess that song up--

M-O-N-K-E-Y M-O-U-S-E

At least that's what my dd5 calls him.

I LOVE IT!! But as hard as I try I just can't picture a monkey mouse. Even with my eyes crossed I just can't see it. :confused3

Awwww I wanna be in the monkey mouse club!! I love that!!

I'm not sure I want to be in something until I know what it looks like.

I can just see it now. Both of those songs fighting for volumn control. :lmao:

I lost my 'taginity' today!

Thank you, Tag Fairy! :goodvibes

I love the word, I may have to file that away for a rainy day. :rotfl2:

That is tooooo cute.

My DD2 calls him Kickey. When we sing the Mickey Mouse song, she screams "Nonald Nuck!"

I just love that!! Noald Nuck--Monkey Mouse!! Do ya'll realize how you have just changed that song!! :rotfl2:
