Morning everyone! Hope you all gave a good thursday. I'm going to finish helping move my sister's stuff in and try to figure out how to use this Mac. I've been a Windows person all my life and now I have a Mac! I hope I can figure it out!

Thanks It's too bad my old computer died out just before school is supposed to start but it just seems like no matter what I did I just couldn't keep the viruses off that thing. So I switched to a Mac. There are a few major differences but i'll figure it out...eventually

How are you doing lately? Has that sweet dog of yours recovered after that crazy incident with the neighbors?

I've only been messing around on it for a few hours and I already love it! It's kind of weird not having a Start button and the finger pad is different but it's actually more convenient. And they were having an awesome deal for college students. They gave me a free printer and ipod touch! Those will be great for art school. There's tons of memory on the hard drive too.

The only thing I don't really like is that unlike Windows they have more media applications than work applications. You have to buy iwork or Microsoft office to type documents. But iwork is only fifty dollars so it's not that bad.

LegoMom...I'm assuming you are talking about attitude and mouth right now. Wait until they throw in fast cars, big trucks, 4-wheelers, jet skies and boats. Now maybe ya'll have a better understanding as to why I'm like I am.

Ok, as usual, late to the party...I just now went back and saw this post!! So, yes, BIG attitudes and a lot of "flip" mouth. Fresh and talking back. Oh yeah, and me and DH are utterly dumb and clueless.....imagine that, having lived 40+ years and still so out of it!... And the kid isn't even 13 yet. Help me....

Mean Queen YES!...I am thankful I don't have girls. Those come with their own set of issues, or so I've observed.
