Morning all! It's my day off. But DD9 decided to leave her grandmother's early, so we're going to have a mother/daughter day after dropping her sister off at school. I'm sure it will involve a stop at Starbucks at some point. Let me know if you want to meet up LegoMom!

Well, case in point. we were supposed to have 80% chance of tstorms today so I decided no beach. The sun is out. Bummer. I canceled our plans.

We have three! Way too many but we love them tons. They have such weird personalities though. Sometimes I swear they know what i'm thinking.

PA mom--which beach were you planning to go to? That may give me some insight into your predicament. If it's in the Southeast, we have those afternoon storms a lot like in Florida, and the 30-40% chance is just to cover that. We are thinking of going to the beach tomorrow.

I'm going to Cape May, NJ.

I picked up DD at her school today so we could go to lunch, one of her friends' place and then my parents. All of this we had to do before her Dad came to pick her up. And he didn't tell me a time. This will making cleaning and last minute packing easier. I'll have most of the car packed before I pick her up on Sunday. When we come home on Sunday she can finish her packing and put her suitcase in the car. On Monday all I'll have to do is pack the food.

On the way to Red Robin she was saying that she was going to be bored this summer. I reminded her of a one week summercamp. That only goes from I think 8 or 9 till noon. And each Tuesday there is a free movie that my parents can take her too. Also, I had gotten her a card she can use at a local gaming place.

I forgot to let you all know.......DD MADE THE HONOR ROLL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! She made the honor roll the first marking period, missed it the 2nd & 3rd marking periods.

Hey ya'll. Today is my DD's birthday. She is 20. My baby is 20.... (I don't want anyone to see me cry) She has been such joy. I have been priviledged to experience so many things with her. And I am so looking forward to what we have infront of us. We took her and her brothers to a nice resturant on the harbour for lunch and just spent the afternoon together. Its been a great day. Sunday is when we will actually celebrate her birthday.

Hey LegoMom. What are you up to today? I need to get off of here and get busy cleaning. Then I need to run into town later. Looks like we are in for some more rain this morning. Its pretty overcast and the air is heavy.

Good morning. Today is my son's 14th b-day. We are heading to our camp in a bit. He has always been a kid that is easy to please. On his b-day he likes to spend the night at our camp and go fishing. Any day he can go fishing, he is happy. The camp has not been open yet so we have lots to do. Hopefully we can get the water running without too much trouble. The dock needs to be put in too. My son went to the camp after school a few days ago to help get it started. He asked for a ride out to help clean and rake.

The sun is out! Often it's cool and raining for his b-day party. It should be around 70 today. Have a good day everyone.

Guess I'm not much help for NJ, am I? Oh well. It did rain yesterday--at about midnight. Oh well. The girls and I got hair cuts today. Sweetie got hers all chopped off, and it looks beautiful!
