Tagging an ADR Celebration Online issue?

Ive done this three times now and every time I go back to make sure my celebration is connected to the ADR its not there and it asked me if we are celebrating a celebration. Anyone else have this issue?

I called them and they confirmed it was attached to the ADR...

for our recent trip, I did an adr online and attached the celebration, but when we arrived at chef mickeys it was not noted on the reservation. even though on my email confirmation it was noted. Not sure what happened to it. But it was fixed and everything was great. The rest of my adrs that I did by phone all had it noted when we arrived. I would call and double check.

We had that issue on some; and, on others...it copied the celebration a good 20+ times. So, literally..on our Ohana breakfast, it lists 20+ times that we're celebrating our 1-year wedding anniversay. That makes it extra, extra, extra special..yes?

I guess I should call and have that fixed..

I have this too. I think my reservations say that it's our honeymoon about 12 times. I kept adding it and it wasn't showing up..and adding and adding...and then I quit. One day I popped back in to check something and WHAM! honeymoon celebration all over the place.

I have had issues as well...we will be celebrating my husband and daughter's birthdays 36 times when we are there next week

Me too!! I've had lots of issues with the celebrations. I added it to our reservations so many times since it wasn't showing up. Now it shows up like 22 times. As for dining reservations, it wasn't showing up, so I called and they said it wasn't attached. So they added it.

I've had the same experience as others here where it wasn't showing up on the dining reservation, so I added it again. When I checked my resort reservation the other day, the birthday celebration shows up MANY times!

I'm actually a bit embarrased because it's for my birthday and I really didn't intend to list it multiple times.

I'm embarrassed too, since it's my birthday as well. I had called to get it fixed awhile ago, but the CM didn't know how and she was going to talk to her manager. They never fixed it. Oh well! Obviously, others have this issue too!
