Tag Fairy

Is the tag fairy still around? I took a hiatus from the board after my trip in 2006 and was sad haha.

Now that we have the very very beginnings (basically we said we want to go ) of 2 trips planned I've come back.

Anyway I was just wondering if the Tag fairy is still around randomly adding a tag under your name of stuff you've said on the board somewhere.

I have determined that this tag thing is just a random tapping of the 'popular kids'. I really do not rate at all and I really hate my #2 tag. I wish it would disappear but still leave #1. But that is a petty matter. I have more important things to discuss with you.

Anyway tag fairy. It seems you have favorite places to dwell but I would like to direct you to the WISH forum. You do not spend much time there. We are currently running the WISH Biggest Loser 7 Challenge and we have a whole lot of losing going on.

I would really love to see some tagging of my fellow losers. We have so much inspiration going on that is very tag worthy. If you are too busy to visit us then get an assistant that can dwell in the WISH forum. There are many talented Mods there that I am sure wouldn't mind serving as your assistant.

Come on Tag Fairy, share the love. Come see us losers and don't spend all your time with the 'popular kids'. We deserve some pixie dust too!!!

Be patient, grasshopper ...I was on the DIS for several years before I got any tags. One never knows when one of the Tag Fairies might go on a tagging spree.

I don't believe the TF looks at the post totals...I've seen people on both ends of the post total who have tags. I've also seen people on both ends of the post total who don't have tags so it's a random thing.

Rocky, you have a self inflicted tag. That little sentence that you have under your name is a "tag." But it's a tag that you've given to yourself. You can tell because it's not in COLOR.

Apparently Tag Fairies are sneaky and sometimes snarky, and they assault you with an arsenol of rainbow pixie dust when you least expect it, changing that sentence under your name to something cute, witty, and sometimes even embarrassing that you've said in the past.

They say the Snarky Purple Fairy is a force to be reckoned with. Watch out for that one.

Lack of tag is not synonymous with unfunny I got my tag out of the middle of nowhere. One day I had one and then next day *poof* there it was. It seems to me that the tag fairy works in mysterious ways.

I do kinda wish the Tag Fairy would hang around on the DLRP boards occasionally.... I can't recall seeing many people tagged on there..... Makes me feel a bit blue!
