Can you use TiW at Be our Guest breakfast and lunch, I know you can for diner.

No, they are considered quick service. Dinner is table service, that's why you can use it there.

There are a few QS you can use it but none at MK.

It specifically states on the TiW site that at Be Our Guest it is valid only at dinner.
