I am considering purchasing this on our next trip to WDW as we are new AP holders.

We are a family of 4. Will we be able to use 1 TIW membership to receive the 20% discount for each family member's meal?

Do I purchase this at guest relations in any park? Can I buy it at the resort?

If you have TIW, do you notice any issues with the waitstaff since the tip is included? I want to add we just got back from WDW and used the DxDP. We were a party of 6 so the tip was always included and our service was absolutely wonderful. If the TIW works the same, I'm thinking there won't be any issues.

1) Yes, you can use it for up to 10 persons. The cardholder must be present and all discounted meals on one check. Sounds like that won't be a problem.

2) You can't buy one at a resort - only at Guest Relations in the parks and I think maybe Downtown Disney as well.
