Tables in Wonderland for Character Meals?

Anyone know if the Tables in Wonderland card(formerly DDE) can be used for Character Meals? The Disney site lists the restaurants that it works at, but isn't clear if it can be used for Character meals.

Has anyone done this before?

We've used it for the Breakfast at Cape May Cafe (next time on May 21st )and 1900 Park Fare dinners, and both are character meals.

Yup, you can.

If a restaurant on the participating restaurant list features a character meal, then yes, the TIW card can be used for a discount on character meals except on the one of the 8 TIW blackout days per year. (Only one restaurant on WDW property that features a character meal - the one at the Swan/Dolphin - is not on the TIW participating restaurant list.)
