Tables in Wonderland - Buffet Gratuity

Hi! If you eat at a buffet style restaurant at Disney, and use your Tables in Wonderland discount card for the meal, does the bill still automatically include 18% gratuity? I can understand if it does for table service meals, as I would likely tip at least that or more if I'm being served, but I feel like an 18% tip on a buffet meal is a bit high, considering that I'd be serving myself. Can anyone confirm how that works? Thanks!

The gratuity is added on to buffets. We ate at Biergarten last trip and I know it was there. Also last fall we ate at Crystal Palace and Chef Mickey's and the tip was already on the receipt at both of those places as well.

Yes, I'm pretty sure the 18% gratuity is automatically added for buffets.

Yes 18% is added. I know most feel they don't want to tip the same at a buffet as table service but I disagree. When I eat at a buffet I tend to go up to the buffet many times I like to try everything but not fill my plate all at once. I probably go up at least 4 times maybe more. With all the dishes the server removes from our table they do more than a server that just takes the order and brings out the food. At table service we usually would only order an entree no appetizer sometimes dessert.
