Of your listed options? Dear wife and I (BRV DVC owners) have gone to Whispering Canyon every day, all of our trips: 16 days per year, 13 years....
That's 208 visits... and I'm not counting "sometimes lunch". We LOVE the place . Already booked for every breakfast, for our NOV 2018 trip .

Yup. The breakfast skillet there is our favorite breakfast on property.

Plaza Restaurant at MK is offering breakfast November 4th through January 5th- available for ADR 8am-10:30am daily; not sure when your travel dates are though.

Per WDWNT, It was extended to 3/2/19. I just booked one for 2/14.
