table seating???? ahhh

well i can not believe what a headache placing people at tables could be. i am not even going to go into it but it is a mess anyway i was woudering does disney give you a layout so you can place the table accordingly. such as bridal near head table and parents close and frinds table near each other??? how does this work

has anyone else had issues with this

My wedding planner sent me the layout for the Living Seas as a pdf document. Your WP should be able to get one for you pretty easily/quickly. Definitely email her, since knowing which tables are adjacent will really help! One thing I did to make the project more "fun" for me was lay it all out on a cork board. Then I used push-pins for each guest:

Once I had settled on most of the tables, I created an Excel spreadsheet with the layout. So that's what I have now. (The corkboard has been converted into a calendar/to-do list for the last few days before our wedding...)

They have a layout of the facility, for example I got a layout of california grill and I knew what tables I had. The problem with CG was that I had some that were 8 tops, some that were 6 tops, etc. due to the layout. Ask your planner and maybe they can get you that much. The seating part is your own headache, and I can TOTALLY relate.
