Closing Time!

Our closing timeline was:

12/19 - received official close notice from title company
12/26 - deed recorded
12/30 - Disney received deed and all necessary transfer docs from the title company (we had Magic Vacation Title and they held on to a bunch of our docs for days and submitted in one big batch)
1/23 - emails received and then points were in dashboard by 10PM

We have one more contract out there with CC. We closed on that one 1/2. Deed recorded 1/5 AND Disney confirmed they received the transfer documents the same day.

Still waiting on the points for that one.

Our deed was recorded on 12/19 and we just received our points this afternoon. Finally!

Back at it. I have a different 50pt BLT contract that is awaiting pts to be loaded. Naming this BLT 2 for clarity.

I closed on Jan 23. And the deed was filed it looks like same day? When should I’m hear from Disney on account?

We closed on 1/9 and deed was recorded same day. Still waiting on points (we’re current members so they just need to load, not create an account). Seems like a crap shoot - I saw one that closed 1/6 and had points on 1/23, another that closed 12/30 and just got points yesterday. I’m expecting the full 4 weeks and would be happy if they were loaded earlier (as I anxiously check my emails/dashboard and this thread daily…)
