Hey there!!! i need help learning how to create a table of contents. Thanks for any help or advice!!!

Okay I figured out that if you click on the post # in the right hand corner it opens up a new screen and you can copy and past that URL. Now I have to figure out how everyone makes their table of contents lines look so nice and not just a series of URLs.
How do you make it say, "day one" for instance and have it so people can click on that to get to the post on day one?

The easiest way to do this in a post is to put down the title, highlight it, click on the hyperlink icon, and past the url in the window that pops up.

I prefer using the POST tag. The syntax is

[ POST=40916279](click here)[/ POST]

without the space before each instance of the word POST. The number is the number of your post from the URL.

What it will do is take you to the specified post, but not in "view single post mode" and not in a new tab or browser window. I actually just learned about it tonight, from this useful page:
