I'm Irish and I cannot believe I didn't book this months ago!! It is totally booked the whole night. If anyone is cancelling, let me know.

Oh, boy. I don't want to get this wrong, so double-check my site recommendations and don't give any personal information if anything looks 'off', but
Start with www.raglanroad.com
If there is more than one location, find and link to the Orlando one (obviously )
Look for reservation information. I THINK it's OpenTable.com, but I'm NOT positive that's the correct site name.
As a non-Disney-owned restaurant participating in this (or some) reservation service, it MAY be possible to make a reservation even when Disney says you can't.

For what it's worth we've been able to do a walk-up reservation the last three times we've gone there. We've had no problem but that's if you don't mind a bit of a wait and sitting at the bar a little while. Since you're Irish like me, that's part of the fun.

You can order the full menu at the bar - if you just want to be somewhere "Irish" you can try that - but getting there early on that particular day might be wise.

This would be my suggestion also. I checked your date & they have several times open.
