Hi,
We've booked our vacation through a TA back in Aug. and, at this point, the only confirmation we have is that my Disney Visa was charged $200.00 (from WDW). This is our first time using a TA so I'm not sure of all the ins and outs, but it seems like I should receive some sort of confirmation. Also, won't I need our ressie # if I'm going to take care of any of our ADRs?

The TA should be able to give you your ressie #. The TA gets a confirmation, they should be able to send you a copy if you ask for it. Sometimes it is just a fax.

Since you paid $200 deposit, you have a package, and you will receive final documents about 30 days before your trip, unless you are using Magical Express, and then you may have to wait closer to 18 days or so before your trip, as the DME tags don't arrive at an agency until 21 days before arrival. Most agencies will wait until they have both the final documents and the DME tags before shipping you anything.

From many of the online TA's, you should at least get an email with the invoice info.

Didn't your TA send you an invoice listing the package information, confirmation number and amount charged?

I'm a TA and we send out invoices to our clients whenever anything is booked or payments are made. If you didn't receive this, call her and tell her you haven't received an invoice and you would like one ASAP!

No, I didn't receive this. I had received a price for the package along with some details via an Email, but that was the initial quote. I'll give her a call-thanks! :flower:
