Can anyone confirm that the T-Rex is not on the deluxe dining plan?

T-Rex is on the premium and platinum package plans. It is not included for the basic and deluxe Disney dining plans.

I'm confused....what are the platinum & premium packages? I've heard of the new Counter Service package, the regulare DDP & the Deluxe but what are these? Are they new?

The premium and platinum packages are not new - they are very all inclusive packages which include not only 3 meals per night of your stay (including some restaurants like T-Rex which are not available on the dining plan) and refillable resort mugs but resort recreation, fireworks viewing, park tours, Cirque du Soleil tickets, child care, spa services and even a private fireworks cruise for your party (on the platinum). Premium package costs $159 per night per adult and platinum $209 per night per adult.
