t-rex drink recipes

Does anyone know the recipes for the caveman punch and the category 5? I had one last month and don't remember which one it was. I liked it and want to try and make one/both.

TRex is owned by Landry's. I have emailed Landry's before for a recipe for a scallop dish that I had in one of their Charley's Crab restaurants, and they sent it to me. Might be worth a try.
