If you have T-Mobile, are you satisifed with the coverage area and ther service?

I currently have Virgin Mobile and pay $25 a month for 300 minutes and unlimited text and date.

I love the price, but the phone coverage isn't that great and it's really slow to load.

T-Mobile appears to have better coverage and 4G available.

Thanks for your thoughts!

I have T-Mobile in the St. Louis, MO area. I've been with them for about ten years. My phone is not 4g capable. I do get 3g but use that up pretty quick and then it's 2G. But, I'm happy with it. I can easily check FB with the app, upload photos, and the DIS app loads quickly. I pay $50/month (no contract) for Unlimited Talk, Text and Data.

I have a Samsung Dart, $30 no contract 1500 talk & text, 30MB data. Terrible for heavy users but! if you dont move around a lot and have wifi available you can use you wont use up the data portion of the plan. 1500 combined is plenty for me for talk and text.

I have T-Mobile and I am counting the days until my contract ends (14 months, sadly).

The phone is OK (HTC Sensation), but T-Mobile Customer Service is terrible. I had a problem last year when I got my phone and they did NOTHING to resolve it. Customer service is outsourced and they apparently read from a script.

I would choose any other provider over T-Mobile.

Three 4G smart phones, one standard phone, 1000 minutes, and unlimited text is putting us out $240 a month.
There are no cheaper plans through them and we kind of screwed ourselves over by getting a new phone and contract last week.

My DD has a TMobile 4G pay as you go plan. It's the $15 a month plan, unlimited text and $.10 a minute calls. She has never had any problems, knock on wood. She gets coverage where my Virgin Mobile phone does not. I'm thinking about switching for just that reason.

I've been on t-mobile for about the last seven months, and am happy with it. Having a phone I already own outright (Galaxy Nexus, if it matters), I can use their value plan. $56 a month (after taxes) and I get something like 500 minutes, unlimited text, 2GB of high speed data (speed capped but unlimited beyond that). Not a bad deal.

Many of the even-cheaper prepaid and lower-price options just won't work for me in terms of coverage area, or using my particular phone.

I had T-mobile for 5 years and switched to Verizon. Their customer service used to be top notch, now it's bottom of the barrel. I had terrible issues with them when my phone had critical issues; they actually sent me THREE that were broken out of the box (scattered amongst the SEVEN that they had to send me before I got one that worked correctly). They weren't interested in assisting me much more than continually sending me broken phones. I finally broke my contract with them, presented them with the mound of evidence I had that I tried to make things right and they persisted in ignoring me - and they dropped my early termination fee. I would have been so angry if I'd have had to pay $200 on top of all the aggravation and long phone calls I went through with them!

We have had T-mobile for years without any problems. We've needed customer service/tech help a few times and have always been happy with them.

We have 3 smart phones and 1 regular phone. 2 smart phones are unlimited minutes, texting and 2GB high speed (4G) data and after that it drops to 2G speed. The other smart phone has 500 minutes, unlimited text and the same data plan. The regular phone has 500 minutes and unlimited text. Our total bill is about $200/month.

:thumbsup2

Love TMobile. Often times ours is running and our friends with verizon and att&t have to login in to wifi to get a signal.

We have the Tmobile family plan and love the coverage area--never have signal issues. I have a 4G phone and have had no problems.

Also I am throw out another option you can go straighttalk and big sim card for 15 dollars either it will be att or tmobile and use any gsm unlocked phone that want.
