Nothing lost this week but I really haven't been trying for awhile. Atleast I haven't gained LOL.

So how is everyone doing?

Me neither, but I only have one more week of resting my knee post op and I can start light training in the gym. I'm fairly pleased when I consider last time I was in this position of not being able to exercise after an opperation I put on 2 stone, I'd guess I've gained about 5 pounds over the last month which isn't too bad.

Hi Jana

I'm disappointed this week as I have been SO good and written down calories for everything that's touched my lips but haven't lost a pound! Going by past experience I've learnt to just ignore it and carry on and hopefully in a day or two the scales will show something different!

Vernon - glad to hear you are on the mend. Yes, it's difficult when you can't exercise isn't it? I guess that's why it's taking me longer to get the weight off this time, as I'm still very restricted with my foot problem which is REALLY taking it's time to get better, it's 8 months now! At least one of us is on the mend so that's good news! :D

Well I lost 3 pounds last week, have employed a Personal trainer
now twice a week in a bid to loose 3 stone , started the diet on monday which is really good i must say im having trouble trying to eat everything im meant to LOL.Weighin is on monday so will let you know how i go.
