System Errors

Hi, I'm trying to make a payment on my account, It keeps saying "System Error has occurred, please try again later." I have been trying since tuesday night. Anyone have an idea of what's going on?
 
Not sure. Try calling and making a payment via the phone call instead of online. Also be sure that you haven't been charged each time even though you got an error.
 
Try using a different browser. When I got up early at my 180 day mark the system wouldn't let me make ADR's and someone suggested I try using IE or a different browser (I was using Firefox) then I tried IE and it worked. Now when I tried to make a payment online mine wouldn't go through either so I just called and made all my payments over the phone.
 

Yesterday the online system could not find my ressie.

I called as I was worried it was lost in the void. The cast member actually had to go through all of the logged phone contacts to find it, and could not look it up by number, but eventually found it by going through all the contact records one at a time.

She stated that the system keeps going up and down as they are stamping out bugs.

She said "we hope to have it all fixed by January". :confused3

It appears the new update that's been in progress for the reservation system since last year is not going well.
 
I just looked at the wdw site and noticed that my days until your vacation changed and it now thinks I have 219 days until my next vacation, last week I was in the low 190s. Good thing I know my 180 day ADR date is tomorrow.
I am so tired of the tech issues. Last fall all of my ADRs 'disappeared' from online w/ the 'upgrade' (I had to waste a lot of time calling to confirm that they were still, in fact, all there.) It's now 8 months+ later and they are still having issues?
 
they are still down, I came here to see if anyone else was experiening the same issue and it seems they are...frustrating when you need to access your account to make changes...oh well maybe tomorow or do we have to wait until Janurary?? :lmao:

I love Disney, but there is something seriously wrong with their IT department. It seems like they have chronic problems when they make changes to their systems.

Granted, they unquestionably have a lot of traffic, but compared to Amazon or Google they just don't seem to have it together.
