System error and DVC holding booking

Still no reservation...was going to call and touch base but there is a 25 min hold time. I remember a few years ago when you NEVER waited on hold. Now it is ridiculous the length they make you wait..unless you call RIGHT at 9am. I contacted customer service about the decline in everything but got a standard "we're aware and working on it." So frustrating!! :mad:
 
Called just now....CM said end of next week until the glitch is fixed. She reassured me my reservation is being held in another system. :confused3
 
I had the same issue this week, but I recived my confermation email with the reservation number this evening. I'm the only one listed on the reservation, witch is incorrect, but other then that every thing else looks good.
 
Booked last week and was told system was upgraded and now things don't always work! CM was very nice and got rooms booked on his 2nd try and asked our names and ages of kids. When I got email confirmation, it only had our youngest son listed ! I'll have to call back and add everyone else I guess!

I just checked the website. It's posted. I noticed my amount of points dropped, so I checked my upcoming trips and it's there. And an email was sent during the night.

So happy to no longer be in "we are aware of the problem" land. I like seeing things in black and white.
 
I had this same problem (and was also booking AKL value), I'm staying a toal of 12 nights so I was having to call each day for them to hold onto another night, it seemed to fix once we were in the new use year (transferred into December). I too was worried however I knew that even if my room was lost, disney would go out of the way to make it right, luckily I didn't need that though and my reservation now shows up :)
 
Still waiting for my reservation to be completed. This in now almost i to the third week. I know I was assured there would be no problem but I am still nervous booking our flights on points without absolute confirmation. At this rate, most will be gone though.

I would call MS and ask to be transferred to Ken Potrock, SVP & GM Disney Vacation Club. See what they do and say.

I just got my confirmation for my dates in the value room. Very happy. Disney came through.
 
I still don't have mine for travel dates 11/29-12/5. I have to call Mon to order an AP so I will bug them about it again. This is getting ridiculous. :(
