This is kinda-sorta a DVC reservation question, but I guess the situation could apply to cash reservations as well:
My family and I have a reservation for 2/10/18-2/18/18. We can book FP as early as 12/12/17.
My mother-in-law has decided to join us, in her own unit for 2/11/18-2/14/18. She arrives a day later than us, so her FP window opens on 12/13/17.
I want to get into MDE as soon as I can on 12/12 to lock in high-demand stuff like Pandora, TSMM, Frozen, etc. Problem is, when my MIL goes in a day later on 12/13, there is no guarantee that she will find available FPs that match (time-wise) the FPs I made for my family the day before. I hope that makes sense?
I'm trying to think of ways to bump up her FP window so I can make FP reservations for all of us at the same times, and not risk her getting locked out of joining us on those high-demand rides.
I would appreciate any suggestions or successful tactics that have worked in similar situations in the past.
