Just wanted to report back that John got my reservation transferred to a new agent and she’s been great! All my outstanding issues have been resolved! Ask for Karen A if anyone needs a recommendation for a TA!

I'm glad it worked out and you stuck with it. Karen is my TA as well and she has been the best! Very responsive and always looks into things if I ask!
