Switching resorts and ADR's

Okay, after much debate I have changed our resort reservations for Dec. I had already made my ADR's and given them our original resort name. Do i need to call and give them my new resort (AKL)? Why do they ask you the name of it anyway, when you make your ADR's? Will I still have my ADR's?

But if it makes you feel better, call Disney Dining to confirm!
