Switching hotels

I have a DVC reservation at animal kingdom lodge for 3 days and am then switching to a DVC room at boulder ridge to finish my vacation. Will the resort transfer my refrigerated items from one resort to the other?

Disney will no longer transport your refrigerated goods or medicines between resorts.

They will hold them for in an a fridge still. You just have to move them yourself.

So as long as I transport them they will store them till my room is ready correct?
