Switching Hotels with food

We are doing a split stay from CBR to the Poly and want to order water and milk and soda but want to know if they will keep in in a cooler for us until our room is ready. Does anyone know? Thanks in advance....We leave on Monday just trying to get everything in order.

One filled with ice will keep the milk fresh just fine.

Sorry no not our cooler, I was wondering if the resort has somewhere to keep the food cool until our room is ready. We don't plan on bringing a cooler with us. Especially when switching between two hotels in the middle of a stay.

Yes. Just make sure you have whatever needs to be refridgerated bagged separately. When you leave your luggage with bell services to do the transfer, make sure they know that the bag(s) need refridgeration.
