Switched from a "free memory maker" to Spring offer

They way it was explained to me by CM, you don't have the memory maker until trip is paid in full, or at the 45 day mark when they send out your paperwork. The reason, I asked why since we had the memory maker package, it wasn't showing up on MDE. She then told me it wouldn't.
