Switch 2 times? Or ? HELP!

OK, I don't want the answer to this question to be, you need more points! I already know that! But I bought the amount I could afford right now. I'm staying 3 days at CR, (F, SA, S). This way I can save weekend points, go to chef Mickey's, the Halloween party, ect. Then I have a reservation on points at BCV for 4 nights. Here's were the problem comes in. Because of the food and wine festival at Epcot, there is no cash rooms available right now at BCV, for the weekend. So do I..
#1 Pay rack rate of around $1,000 at BCV (2 nights)?
#2 Move to another resort for 2 nights (Maybe Poly)?
#3 Stay 3 days (instead of 4) at BCV, go to another resort for the last 3 days, making it 3,3,3?
#4 ????
I think it may be a pain check in 3 times (move twice), my husband thinks its no problem. Just pack 3 separate bags, check out, go to a park, check in. He figures we do 2 day weekends at a hotel, so why should 3 days at a time be a problem. We do have children, but they say they wouldn't mind moving either. But then again, ill probably be the one doing all the packing/unpacking/checking in and out!
So what would you guys do? (beside get enough points for the weekend!)

Are you staying in studios? I guess I would do Sunday-Thursday at BCV since they would be the cheapest point nights.

I agree that there isn't much point in prepaying a vacation with a DVC timeshare if you aren't going to have enough points to stay there an entire trip. I always think it kind of defeats the purpose.

I meant to say that since Sunday through Thursday nights are the cheapest DVC point days, I would add Sunday to your DVC stay. Sorry if that wasn't clear.

Have you tried "renting" points for the second weekend? Check the rent/trade board. I think that if you can get the availability it would be cheaper than the cash options.

If you are really budgeting, why not stay offsite for the last weekend?
