Swimwear in GF Cafe?

We have an early morning ressie for GF Cafe before Blizzard Beach that day. We are staying at the Grand Floridian, so it would be nice to just be able to head straight from there to the car, but it wouldn't be a huge burden to go back to the room.

My mother, sister, and I will all be wearing sundresses over our swimsuits, so I feel like we would look acceptable. However, my father would be wearing swimtrunks as shorts.... would it be better if he wore khaki shorts to breakfast, then went back to change... or do you think dry swimtrunks with a t-shirt would be appropriate?

Well--there is no actual dress code that I know of at GF Cafe. So I imagine they'll let you all in.
But personally I wouldn't wear a bathing suit to a Table Service restaurant--

Couldn't your father wear shorts to breakfast and change into his swim trunks at the water park? Then he would have dry clothes to put on when you left the water park.

It's a rather nice restaurant and I wouldn't expect to see adults in bathing suits. Maybe small children, but not older kids either.

I would not visibly wear a swimsuit. You tend not to see too many tee shirts in there and I have never seen a swimsuit.
