Swimsuits at Blizzard Beach

I always wear a two piece and have never had any problems except wedgies. As long as it's not a skimpy string bikini or anything like that, I doubt she will lose it. In fact, I've not seen any females coming off of the slides with missing tops or anything like that. But I have seen plenty of "guy parts" when waiting at the bottom of the slide.

Sorry EmmasGrammy but this was the best thread I have read. I spit my drink all over my computer when I read it. :hyper: :hyper:

Edit for spelling

I totally agree. Best story ever.

I think that post needs to stickied to the top of this forum. Emmasgrammy did such a good job telling it. :teeth:

I think I've asked this before but didn't get an answer but it plays into the topic of appropriate swimwear so I'll give it a shot. For the really modest or just easily chilled types, do they allow lightweight wetsuits at the waterparks?

I just re-read EmmasGrammy's story once again and my sides are splitting. I am in the process of packing and headed to WDW on a midnight flight tonight from Seattle. I'll be packing my one piece :)

Ok Sherman lets take a trip in the way back machine. (oh those Captain Kangaroo cartoons) It was my first trip to WDW and the first to a water park. The day was a full blown, not a cloud in the sky, Florida beauty. We’d left Typhoon Lagoon for our last full day in the “World”. I’m a big non-swimming chicken, but the Lazy River looked about my speed. As we neared a cave on our tubes, everyone was jockeying around to see who would get a soaking under the water falling off the cave entrance. I remember thinking “Kewl, Disney put a bench near the cave so people can stay dry and watch others get soaked.” “But why are there two…. ah…humm….. senior gentlemen sitting there with Cheshire grins on their faces????” I found out the answers very quickly. As I went under the waterfall it striped my bathing suit top down to my belly button. BEWARE ….it’s not just the slides….

I don't see why they wouldn't. I know that doesn't help you much but I really don't know of any reason to not allow them to be worn.

I can't see why either unless they were specifically against the ones that have zippers in the back, maybe they could scratch something. Thanks.

The only restrictions I saw on what they allowed was nothing with exposed metal - no rivets, metal buttons, etc. So as long as your wet suit didn't have any exposed metal I'm sure it would be fine.

I think you mean, Rocky and Bullwinkle; that's Mr Peabody and his boy, Sherman. ;)
