We're planning a trip for next year - either February or April school vacation. Weather-wise, will it be warm enough for swimming in February on a regular basis?

And - if you've been during either time, do you recommend either month over the other...why?

Thank you :)

We went in February and a cold front came through the day we arrived. The kids froze their behinds off swimming in the heated pool at the hotel. We didn't even consider the water parks that year. April they swam, heated pool again, but it was too cold for the adults, still. I guess this mainly depends on where you are from and your comfort levels. Being warm in the pool is one thing, being warm when you are out of it and walking to a water slide or something, is totally different. Have fun whenever you go! :3dglasses

I think it would depend. I went in December 2003, and we were able to swim pretty much every day. But I was also there once in February and it was way too cold to go swimming. I've also been there in March/April several times and it's almost always been warm enough to swim. If you really want to swim, I'd say go in April. :)
