It depends.
We were on a Dream cruise from Feb 2 - Feb 6.
There was a brutal winter storm at the end of January that brought a lovely cold front.
By Sat Feb 1 (after my lost wallet fiasco)--family was able to swim at GF. Friday--too chilly and rainy. This was our universal day.
Sun Feb 2 was nice and we did swim on the cruise ship
Thurs feb 6--I don't remember weather too much. I think it was on the chilly side.
Fri Feb 7 was chilly. We were at MK. Didn't swim.
Sar Feb 8 was rainy and chilly. If was 50s, but it felt so cold. And after a cold winter in Virginia where 50s would be balmy and welcome--if felt cold and miserable.
It really depends on how the cold fronts are behaving. Swim weather is possible, but not guaranteed. But depending on where you are from--it all feels good and they swim anyway.
