We did it last family trip and as Judy requested CM I figured it would be perfect !!! This trip Judy has had way more input into the ressies than before ,really theonly one that is totally my idea is O'Hanas

Well everyone is getting excited about how close we are !!The girls have packed and then reworn the clothes !!Samantha insists she has NO tops Steph has packed 9 outfitsKyle could care less what is packed as long as he has swim trunks !!He did say he needs sandals Judy will pack an hour before we leave . Me I am pretty well packed but will be double checking several times before the 18th. Judy picked up hard candy for the plane and I have her beneryl in my Disney bag for the flight !!

Just found out the girls have High School Cheerleading Tryouts the morning we leave Thank goodness I had changed flights till later in the day !!I have visions of us running thru the airport to catch the plane !!!

When the kids were young, I would buy them all new clothes for the trip and pack weeks in advance. We would all wear our new sneakers (broken in around the house) on the plane so we all had nice white sneaks. Years later a bunch of us at Mousefest were talking about new sneakers and SO MANY said they did the same thing and would see lots of families on the plane with new white sneakers too! How cute is that?? I STILL wear new white keds on every Disney trip.

Now I pack a couple of days before I go b/c I don't have enough clothes to pack ahead of time.

It is funny how different we are with packing !!! I really hate not being packed ahead , while Judy sees no point in doing it till the last minute !!As for sneakers I basically do not like them !!! I wear older broken in and comfy ones for Disney I have about 3 or 4 pairs of sandals to take ! In October I will take sneakers !!I just don't wear them in the summer !!!The others do have newish sneakers though !!I did hear Kyle being threatened to not wear his before Disney!!!

Yay for being packed~! I pack about a week in advance and we usually take broken in shoes that still look new. We Always take new underwear and socks! I guess your mom warning you to have good underwear on when you travel stick with you!

Rosie, I only wear sandals in the summer and NEVER those clunky sneaks any time of year, only micro stretch Keds at Disney - feels like walking on a cloud. We may have to rethink our trip - you want me to walk around the Parks with someone in grubby OLD shoes?!?!

Packing is a really great part of the trip for me.

I will get new undies and new socks
I allready have a box of things for car ( trip presents) and "tinkerbelle gifts" and I still have 122 days to go.

In December i would wear sneakers, but not brand new !! I usually buy new ones for the fall and winter !! I did look for some new sandals but didn't see any I like !!I have several pairs that are not toooo grubby !!!
