SWEET SIXTEEN :Have they been kissed? PTR: Updated 8/15

Rosie, would it be an escort cruise????? WOW, I know how exciting that will be for you!!! Fingers crossed!!!:woohoo::cool1::yay::cheer2: AND during your 65th birthday year - what a celebration!!! If you do the cruise instead of our trip, just let me know ...I will certainly understand!!!!

Oh, if we go, we will have to come up with definite dates by November b/c Mia has to put in her vacation requests for 2012 this November!!! It is all done in one day. I don't know how she stands having to get all the dates she wants for the entire year by the year before - it's crazy, but that's the way her job does it.:sad2:

Be careful and don't overwork yourself - we don't want you to get to Disney and walk around in a daze!!!:upsidedow

 Hi, Karin!!!

Oh yes it is an escort cruise another freebie !!:banana:I am still in for December 2012. Next week I meet my new Program Manger who just happened to be my supervisor when I was working part time for this agency and full time for the other and she was the one who encouraged me to go for supervisor !!Needless to say I am VERY happy to have her as my boss again !! I will run both weeks in early Decemaber by her , just to make sure she doesn't have any plans set in stone herself and then I will be all set. I forsee no problem with either week . The problem is where we end up staying, where we eat and what we do !! I can tell you a lot will depend on the money situation for me . I will definately swing going but not sure I can do a whole lot of extras . So we need to prioritize all this good stuff !!

I think the cruise will be in May early I am thinking and then end of May/June , what has become our annual Elvis Trip. :rotfl2::rotfl2:
2 of my staff were talked into becoming escorts by me ( didn't take much):rotfl2:They are doing an over night trip to Jamestown NY for the 100th Birthday Celebration of Lucille Ball !!:banana:

So much wonderful traveling, Rosie!!! :cool1:

The December 2012 will be a fun, but still budget careful trip for me too. I'd really love for us to be in a nice convenient resort and then we can decide what else we may want to do..i.e. MVMCP, dining plan (which one, both or none). I am very happy with a nice resort, good food court, and dining plan or not. We will not need as many park days if we do MVMCP b/c we can enter the MK at 4 the day of the Party with our tkt. I'm fine even if we don't do MVMCP because all we will miss is the Christmas Parade. I'm hoping someone great will be the narrator for the Candlelight Processional during our dates!

Still would like to rent points because it is a great value, but also open to the new Animation Resort if we can't get the DVC resort we want.:thumbsup2

Don't work TOO hard, Rosie!!!! :goodvibes

As I have some free time here at work (sshhhhh don't tell Dan)and I just happened to bring my planning book:rolleyes1 Iwill continue:

August 25th
Thursday

This will be a second Epcot Day. As i have said I am trying to make this as relaxed as possible for Judy and the kids sooooo ..They can sleep in and I will hit Epcot for Rope Drop and they can join me later .
Here are some things we may do or then maybe not

PICT0958.jpg

The Beatles !! They may not be interested ,but if that audience rousing CM is there I think they will get a laugh!!:rotfl2:

PICT0977.jpg

They may want to do a MISSION!!!

PICT0772.jpg

Maybe Kyle could be Sir Galahad :rotfl2: (better than dancing with Cinderella:rotfl2:)

PICT0789.jpg

How about some HOT NORWEGIANS for the girls:rotfl2:

PICT2043.jpg

Almost definately this or I will force them on It's a Small World !!!:rotfl2:

I off course will be riding Soarin !!:banana:, I want to try Innoventions too .I know we have missed so many things and as this will be the last family trip until Kyle hits a milestone birthday , maybe in 4 years . We will vaction seperately as it is easier for the pet family.
Supper tonight is at WCC !! Steph and I ate there and apparently she enjoyed it as Judy asked to go there !! Now Judy is not the prankster her mother is , but I think the episode at 1900 with the Step Sister whet her appetite for some more Disney antics in the restaurants .
Now I have yet more questions for my Dis Buddies

1. Other than the Skillet, what is good for an entree at WCC

2.I need some Glen type secrets for Epcot so I can again impress Miss Judy who made the statement after the first time we've seen it all !!!!:rotfl2::rotfl.:
After Supper we may head back to Pop or to Epcot just depends .Good thing is if we return to Epcot we can bus it right from WCC unless Glen has a secret path that transports you between the 2 :rotfl2:

Your Epcot Day sounds great, Rosie. We want to try Innoventioms this trip too as we always seem to pass it by.

I can't help with WCC. Mark and I both had the skillet. Unfortunately, we didn't like it and won't be going back. Be sure to ask for the main room if you want antics.

DVC might be less than the new animation resort because my friend is renting points to us at a low cost.... but air fare travel days may dictate which days we are there. DVC would have to be in on a Sun, out on Friday - could mean very high airfare, which we definitely do not want! We will see what unfolds... ::yes::

Like the 2nd EPCOT day, Rosie! Great idea to let them sleep in - nice for them and you.:thumbsup2

Yes airline prices are a BIG factor !!! But I am hoping that with all my flights ,this year and next to rack up some rewards for SWA plus I have a credit right now which I think I can still use next year even if I am penalized !!

Oh, that's right!! You are racking up the rewards for SW!! Fingers crossed it will cover your December tkt!:thumbsup2

Waiting to see what the plan is next for your upcoming trip....:surfweb: I never stop by Innovations anymore either.

Happy Monday...still working?????

Epcot day sounds great!

We spent a lot of time in Innoventions this last trip doing the little things we always breeze by. That was a lot of fun!

I can't think of any hidden gems right now that you don't already know. Jordan loves doing the passport/kidcot stops and the Kim Possible missions. In Japan, you can buy a little cup and they will write your name on it in Japanese. The cup was only 2 or 3 dollars and they write your name for free.

WCC - I think I had a pasta/chicken dish there that was good but that was a few years ago.

Just catching back up!

I hope Sam is all better and the Kitty is settled back in.

Epcot sounds great. I think the phone booths would be a lot of fun for the kids. Glenn could give you the numbers. Inoventions is fun too. I just love the World Showcase players. Try to catch them in Italy too.

I've only had the skillet at WCC but it was pretty good. We had a blast there with all the antics.

Yes I will get points with SWA in August, points with jet blue in October , points with airtran in August tooand if things work out I will have 3 more round trip sets of points by December soooo I am hoping to be able to get a decent reduction for a flight from one of them !!
