Oh no! I hop you all caught the mono early and that she fights it off quickly. One of Danny's softball girls had it this spring, missed a ton of school right at the end of the year when they are busy with finals, and didn't have the energy to come to softball practice for awhile. It really wiped her out.

Samantha has really bounced back the last couple of days and we are reminding her NOT to do stuff which was not necessary 2 days ago

I hope the rest of you stay healthy and that Samantha recovers quickly Rosie.

Now if all this wasn't enough one of our kittens is missing !!I took Kyler to a Go Cart Park yesterday while Judy and Steph and her friend went to a Lil Wayne concert !!
When we came back Kyle went outside and called me cuz he could here the kitten meowing !!He was in between our hose and our neighbors in a pile of weeds that were a veggie garden and she would not come , Kyle climbed the small fence and tried to get her .. well poor thing was sooo scared she raced back and forth crashing into the fence and then got her head stuck , we were frantic well she got it out with Kyles help and took off like a bat outta H***!! We hunted till dark and still have not found her So add more prayers for a safe return for Misty!!!

This is our REST day

That is definately not how I look doing laundry , but you get the picture !!This year Judy has vowed NOT to overpack soooo this will be essential

Update on missing Kitty !!Yesterday our neighbor said she saw her in her yard , but didn;t realise she was our kitten as they are house cats and she really never saw them !!Well this morning she is up in the tree infront of the other neighbors !!Eventually after calling everyone we could think of to help like Fire Dept. Electric company , police and yes the spca all saif NO!!! We called my ex SIL he came 5 hours later and climbed up but the kitten fell , she then bolted again and is still mia !!At least we know she is still alive !!The poor thing is soo scared she keeps bolting !!!

Kitty Update !! Myex SIL climbed the tre and did get her out but couldn't catch her and she took off !!So last night we knew she was alive still !!This evening Judy called and reported she is in the house after a joint neighborhood effort plus Judy's friend surrounded her and finally he caught her , he is all scratched up and she is hiding in the house but hopefully will soon be over her adventure !!Judy says no one better leave a door open .. I told her the speed that kitten moves we wont be able to stop her . So Judy says she's on her own if she escapes again

Good news on kitty cat I bet Kyle is glad his friend is home. We have a cat too, She is NOT allowed outside but once she got out, and was so frighten she botled too and it took forever to get her back inside. Why don't they just stay inside and sleep like kitty are suposed to do

Wednesday August 24th
Animal Kingdom Day

We will be at Rope Drop of course . One of us will detour to EE for FP's while the others head to Safari.

Am hoping my new camera will take some better pix this timeDepending on the FP return time I think a ride on the Rapids if the wait is not to long would be welcome in The August heat
Then it will be on to EE !!! I know I will be the Bag Lady for this although I doubt Judy will go either she is as chicken as me anymore!!!Maybe we will ride

And Meet

I believe It's A Bugs Life is closed during our stay, but I do want to spend time exploring the Tree of Life

Also on the Agenda is NEMO as Judy has never seen it always opting for FOTLK , which she loves .

The plan is for a Mid day break again , but we will see
Lunch is again a ????? I would like to try FTB with them but if it is super hot we may opt for Pizzafai . Home of the now infamous HOT ITALIANS

Any who supper tonight is at OHanas which I am really looking forward too , it will be a first for all of us

As I am at work I don't have my notes so I may have forgottewn some stuff but you get the general idea . My touring plans are far less rigid this time as I want the familyto do what they want and it is really more relaxed which I think in the HEAT will be a WISE decision !!!

Hi, Rosie Sorry I've been MIA for awhile - trying to catch up.

Poor Sam - how is she feeling today? Hope everyone else stays well and she is feeling fabulous by the time the trip rolls around.

Glad kitty is home safe and sound too.

Talk about heat!!! My closest friend came down from Boston for a few days and we did our annual summer 3 ngt road trip. We went up to the Shenandoah Valley this year, where the summer temps are usually very tolerable. Not this year! It was so hot we just mostly drove around - we did stop in to see Montpelier, but the temp was 103 with a heat index of 120 that day!! Same for Appomattox. I could not handle that kind of heat - what a summer! Tomorrow it will be 98 here with a heat index of 113. Ugh!


Hope Disney is more tolerable when you all get there. Won't be long now!!!

As much as I love Pepper Market, I would go with Wolfgang Express--I've heard nothing but rave reviews about it (and Pepper Market is rather pricey if you are not on the dining plan).

I am working sooo much between now and the 18th I can see me ,who is usually packed by now finishing up the hour we leaveOn top of all th hours I picked up to help out Dan, my Boss just asked a favor to be on call for 3 days a week for another house and check in there once a week .Appaerntly they fired the supervisor but it is all hush hush !!

Rosie, would it be an escort cruise????? WOW, I know how exciting that will be for you!!! Fingers crossed!!! AND during your 65th birthday year - what a celebration!!! If you do the cruise instead of our trip, just let me know ...I will certainly understand!!!!

Oh, if we go, we will have to come up with definite dates by November b/c Mia has to put in her vacation requests for 2012 this November!!! It is all done in one day. I don't know how she stands having to get all the dates she wants for the entire year by the year before - it's crazy, but that's the way her job does it.

Be careful and don't overwork yourself - we don't want you to get to Disney and walk around in a daze!!!
