Dan my Boss is going thru a very sad and emotional time now !!I won't share details but am asking for your prayers to give him strength to come thru this time ! My heart is breaking for him !! Dan is a man of Faith so he well knows the power of Prayer !!

Last night I got a call around 1 a.m. from the other house I am on call for , one of the staff had just received a call from the police that her husband was in an accident and being taken to the hospital !! So after a couple of phone calls I had to go pick up an extra staff and take her to the house to relieve the girl to go be her hubby!!! Only problem I had taken Tylenol PM !!I made it there and back safely but I was really fighting sleep on the way backLesson learnt never assume it is safe to take it when you are on call !!

Last night I got a call around 1 a.m. from the other house I am on call for , one of the staff had just received a call from the police that her husband was in an accident and being taken to the hospital !! So after a couple of phone calls I had to go pick up an extra staff and take her to the house to relieve the girl to go be her hubby!!! Only problem I had taken Tylenol PM !!I made it there and back safely but I was really fighting sleep on the way backLesson learnt never assume it is safe to take it when you are on call !!

Oh my gosh Rosie that is dangerous. Glad you made it back ok. We don't want to hear that something bad happened to our Rosie!!

Had a VERY good nights sleep got a good 8 hours !!! Then a good day at work got everything on my to do list done !! The waether was gorgeous today , Judy and the kids and her "friend cleaned up the back yard and put out the new table and chairs !! Makes summer seem sooooo much closer and with that comes DISNEY!!

I really want to share this mostly to make everyone aware of a disease called

Dan, I am so sorry to hear this news! Even though you two were separated, I know you are still feeling an empty spot with her passing! And I know you are having to deal with so much being strong for your children and helping them through their hurt and loss!!! I will be praying for all of you that God will give you the strength and comfort that you need to deal with this loss in your lives!

Dan I wanted you to know that your Dis Family cares , prayers are our salvation and I know you know this , so I asked for the Dis to pray for you and your family!!I am glad you are comfortable sharing this here , as I know how sudden this all hit !Spreading the word about this diease may result in anothe pesonein danose crrectly ad ve the family many months of hearbreak from NOT knowing !!

By the way the Awards Dinner went great and Steph was in 7 th Heaven dancing with Brian !!!

As promised a few pix and a report on the AWARDS DINER!!!

We arrived and found our tables and waited for the evening opening !!We enjoyed the horsd'oerdvres of cheese and crackers and veggies. Then it was time for the Oening Ceremony

This is one of my self advocates , who carries the Flag every year for this evening !!!

I apologise I forgot Food Porn !! But we all had Chicken Pancetta , which is a fancy schmancy name for chicken with a bit of bacon !! some delish potatoes and ASPARAGUS, which I was amazed to see my 2 gals devour !! Get that Dan Dee ate a vegetable !!! For dessert a local Grocery Store donaed a cake for each table

Then it was the Awards and that was followed by some dancing

Ain't LOVE Grand !!!!

As you can see it was a fun Night !I love the way these guys fill up the Dance floor all night !!!They just simply ENJOY!!!!

My condolences to your boss Dan! Life is so unpredictable sometimes! I hope he finds the strenght to stay strong for his kids' sake! They will need him more than ever now.
