Sweet potato pancakes/Boatwrights

With Boatwrights no longer serving breakfast......is anyone aware of another restaurant the serves the sweet potato pancakes? They are by far my favorite breakfast item at Disney and I need to have them in June!!!!

I have never seen another restaurant serve sweet potato pancakes.

If enough people want them, perhaps they could become an item at Riverside Mill. It is doubtful though.

someone posted the recipe in another thread. I have made them twice...very easy to make and they were very yummy. Scroll to post 29.
