Sweet 16 trip and I wanna go back ...

Ok so here was our plan get to our room and sleep on Wed night . We called for Roger and Bob's service to pick us up at MCO and they were great . Thanks to all who told us to go with them .

When we arrived my sister had sent up goodies for us . The room was great too.

On Thursday we did USF.

First off to the Simpons ride. I liked it but would not wait over 30 min . for it . I have to say it reminded me too much of BTTF . Everyother ride was walk on or almost walk on till about 12 or 1 PM . We had a great time and did everything in the park at least once . WE did the mummy about 20 times in 3 days .

Day two off to IOA well we had a great time here too . Two issues with IOA . One it was PACKED every school in FLA had to have been there and the park had the bare bones staff going on . Wait times were over 75 min for dudley and 90 plus min for Hulk . THANK GOD we stay on site . Even with the express it was at least 20 min . The other thing is the Express for DD is horriable . There was only one train on each side and the express mergers with the regular line had to be over 30 to 40 min or more . That was a little annoying after my friend got hurt on line because IT IS TOO DARK IN THAT LINE . Great rides though I love Ice the kids like Fire .

Day 3 THE BIG BIRTHDAY ... WE tried to do both parks to get on as many rides again as we could . First a stop to see if we could do Simpons again ... FORGET IT . There at 9:30 and it was over 90 MIN . so we skipped it and went on Mummy , Jaws etc. Then we hopped over to IOA . Again Packed but we did everything we wanted to do .

On her birthday we ate at MYTHOS and LOVED it The food was amazing and well worth it . I will return many times to this place for sure .

I have to say one night we ate at the Hard Rock Cafe and they sang Happy Birthday and gave her a free Ice Cream it was very nice . We also had to eat at Margaritiville . I loved it my friend and I had the "Don't stop the carnival " Drink and well I need to know how to make that thing .

BTW HRH Club level was great and our room view was Amazing . We had room 7062 . Full park and pool view . Saturday night at 10 PM I was in the room and watched the firworks over magic kingdom from Universal . We knew they were from WDW since we were just there this past summer and the show hasn't changed .

if so, you could have gone on the hulk at 8 in the morning during the week.
it's a perk for the month of may for pass holders.

nothing like early morning rides on the hulk.

Sounds like a fun trip and what a cool mom you are to celebrate your daughter's landmark 16th birthday with a trip to Universal!

Enjoying the report Mary! Some comments:

I also got hurt in the DD line! We waited a long time while they shut down fire, and finally an employee came over to those of us who were still waiting and told us to follow him over to ice (to cut us into line). Well, he was about 20 and ducked under a railing to get there. I'm more than twice that and evidently don't duck as well. Ended up ripping a chunk of skin out of my back! Must be a dangerous queue line!

We also loved Mythos! Great choice for a birthday meal! Haven't heard many bad reviews of that place!

I am having BIG Issues with getting the photo's to upload on supload. I was going to use photo bucket but am wondering if there is a way not to share them ??? i really am not a fan of the computer as of late I think it doesn't really like me too much .

Mary - you do have a choice of making albums public or private. If they're private, then people have to have a password to view them. Ask Tricia - she's more of the Photobucket expert, but I'll try to help if I can.
